UDPaaS provides a RESTful API that allows other systems to connect and share data. Often, organizations have a need to integrate with financial, ERP, web services, or other systems to be able to share data across applications in real time. 

Our integration services include the design, development, and testing of integrations to external systems. We also offer standard integrations to services, such as DocuSign or grants.gov, as optional enhancements to UDPaaS. 

The API provides an easy-to-use method of integrating UDPaaS information with other web services and systems. In order to use the API, a set of functions is available to create, read, update, and delete data in any standard or custom data fields. External APIs can then remotely call API functions defined in UDPaaS and use the data in UDPaaS. Record types that are available to the API are contacts, UTAs, users, companies, system variables. The API can get, list, update any available record type. Aggregate functions such as extracting all children’s records from a parent are available for efficiency.
