All functionality is delivered via a browser on any device connected to the internet using cloud-native Software as a Service (SaaS). Security Roles & Permissions

Access to the system, database, & each application is encrypted & controlled down to the field level using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) from object to user, which means it is a secure, scalable, and credible solution that ensures data integrity & protection.

Data Model Extensibility

A cloud-native multi-model database can be extended without programming to gather (and report) on any number of additional fields. Every user has unique business needs, to facilitate this, full extensibility of the user interface is enabled. This also means that the application is easily customizable to a user’s specific business needs. With UDPaaS users can add composable pre-built modules, add new modules, connect modules to formulate application or enterprise solutions, easily configure, and build / deploy in weeks or few months.

Reporting & Alerts

SSO supports SAML 2.0 using customer-provided or third-party federated identify solutions. Through a simple configuration, Single Sign-On can be enabled so that users can be authenticated once and then can access the powerful UDPaaS platform.

Create custom forms and workflows

With UDPaaS, the user can create custom forms and workflows that can address many diverse and complex business needs. Forms and workflows exist within a UTA (Universal Tracking Application) that can represent any business/agency item such as application, users, payments, reviews, meetings, inventory etc.

Multiple UTAs can be created and linked to each other to represent complex relationships that exist between real world concepts. UDPaaS also contains existing integrated features such as e-signature and document generation.

Composable pre-built modules, add & connect new modules, & configure components

These capabilities allow the user to utilize composable pre-built modules, add new modules, connect new modules, and configure components or functionality to facilitate application or enterprise solutions. Solutions can be created by users with almost no programming experience.

There are two option for deploying UDPaaS. The first option is to deploy UDPaaS as a blank canvas. This allows an organization to customize UDPaaS to their specifications and build solutions from scratch. The second option is to utilize one of our UDPaaS Products that can be used as a product out-of-the-box with minimal setup or can be customized to meet unique needs. Setup involves branding pages, documents, and reports as well as populating various templates so that the forms can take on the look and feel of the agency or organization. UDPaaS products contain interconnected, pre-built modules that provide business capabilities.
