Ongoing Support Services

We provide ongoing service desk support for both internal staff and external users. Support requests, such as user assistance, system maintenance, and/or change requests and enhancements are initiated through our ticketing support system, UDPaaS Support Center. A dedicated support staff will receive, assign, and resolve the ticket based on the priority.  

Service desk support begins once the first deployment is complete and is provided routinely throughout the life of the production system. During the engagement, a post-implementation support plan is prepared that fits an organization’s needs, environment, and culture.
